These terms cover your use of Ooh I Got It!! at oohigotit.com and Wordbrier at wordbrier.com, including the Unbrier and Sumbrier word puzzles, all run by Brier Street Games, a trade name of The DaesandO Group, Inc. By using either site you agree to them.
The games
Ooh I Got It!! is a free music, movie and TV trivia game. Free accounts get one game per day.
Unbrier and Sumbrier are free daily word puzzles. Today's puzzles are open to everyone; past puzzles and practice puzzles are open to anyone with a free account.
We may change the number of free games, add paid options, or change the rules and content at any time.
Your account
You need to sign in with a Google account or an email address to play full games of Ooh I Got It!! and past Unbrier and Sumbrier puzzles. One account works on both sites. Keep your email account secure; anyone with access to it can sign in as you. You must be 13 or older to use the site. You may delete your account at any time by emailing us.
Fair play
Don't use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or other tricks to get around the daily limit or inflate scores. We may remove scores or close accounts that do.
Content
The questions, hints, facts, card designs, puzzles, names and artwork of Ooh I Got It!!, Wordbrier, Unbrier and Sumbrier belong to The DaesandO Group, Inc. You may share your results and screenshots freely. You may not copy the question bank or the puzzles, or republish the games. Artist names, album titles and song titles belong to their respective owners and are used for identification in trivia questions.
We work hard to keep every card accurate. If you think a card is wrong, tell us at [email protected]; the card is reviewed and corrected if needed.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We don't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we aren't liable for losses arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
